The Document Production team is seeking a Document Production Operator (DPO) to join their dynamic group. This team plays a vital role in producing high-quality documentation for all Practice Groups across the business, ensuring alignment with internal requirements, including DWF house style and quality standards.
As a DPO, you’ll collaborate closely with various departments to deliver timely and accurate document production. This role offers the flexibility to work fully remotely from anywhere in the UK. It’s a unique and rare opportunity to become part of a highly valued team.
This is a full-time position, working 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Produce and format legal and professional documents using digital systems, software, and document production tools, ensuring all outputs meet business standards and client requirements.
- Embrace digital transformation by incorporating new technologies and trends—such as AI and emerging software—into document production workflows, while effectively managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload to meet deadlines.
- Create and format visually appealing, professional presentations and documents; apply house styling to ensure brand consistency; and perform document comparisons and conversions to maintain accuracy and compatibility.
- Develop and update structure charts, execute mail merge operations for bulk document production, and support bid work through the preparation and formatting of bid documents.
- Make amendments to documents as requested by colleagues on behalf of clients or team members, while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless document production and delivery, provide excellent customer service, and participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
