  • Preparing e-bill files in LEDES and XML formats for portal submissions, with a clear understanding of requirements, alongside manual submission of PDF files.
  • Dealing with submission errors, using your technical knowledge and liaising with fee earners, clients and third parties to resolve them.
  • Performing root cause analysis.
