Why join us? DWF are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. You will report to the Business Transformation Programme Manager within the Change Management function and will play a pivotal role delivering projects across the organisation to drive operational efficiencies and enhance customer experience. The nature of the projects will typically be medium in size and complexity i.e. scope, cost and the number of stakeholders. This role is based in Manchester area where the candidate will be required to visit the office on occasions when required.
Responsibilities
- Proactively plan, manage, and execute high-profile change initiatives.
- Continuously monitor progress across multiple projects, maintaining clear objectives and customer requirements, and ensuring that all deliverables meet specified quality standards.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior stakeholders.
- Manage communications with key stakeholders ensuring they are promptly informed of any changes to the project's status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal Operations, HR, Finance, Group Change, and Integrations, to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
- Ensure project budgets are managed and tracked against ROI and that any deviations are escalated.
- Support change management activities, including input into business communications and training material.
- Effectively manage vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with contractual agreements.
What will help you succeed in this role?
- Previous experience of managing Business focussed or IT Change related projects.
- Knowledge of management and APIs within cloud‑based finance systems.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Prince2, Agile or equivalent project delivery methodology.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Proven experience in vendor management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Desirable
- Any knowledge or experience Sharedo – Legal Case Management Solution.
- Experience within legal services.
