The Catastrophic Injury team offers extensive expertise across serious personal injury matters, including high-value catastrophic injury cases as well as lower-value employer liability (EL) and public liability (PL) claims. This role provides the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement, with occasional attendance at the Birmingham office as required.

- Conduct liability investigations, gather and assess evidence, and prepare client advice.
- Identify appropriate medical experts and draft detailed instructions for expert reports.
- Review and analyse medical records and other case-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the case management system in line with client service level agreements.
- Perform general administrative duties to support case progression.
- Deliver exceptional client care and maintain professional communication at all times.
Essential
- An experienced Paralegal or newly qualified Solicitor.
- Previous experience managing a claimant or defendant personal injury caseload independently or under supervision (preferably including RTA/Motor injury).
- Exposure to Fast Track and/or Multi Track personal injury claims.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively while meeting strict deadlines.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
