DWF are seeking a Marketing and Business Development Executive to join our wider Marketing and Business Development team. This role will provide essential support to the growth of the Commercial Services Division through the delivery of integrated campaigns and revenue generating marketing activity. Working alongside the Commercial Services Marketing & Business Development team, the wider Marketing & Business Development team and key stakeholders within the business, the successful candidate will support strategic marketing campaigns and activities. We are open to candidates based in any of our regional offices including Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds and offer a hybrid working arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual and in‑person events, including creating marketing lists, invitations, collateral, tracking ROI, and promoting events internally and externally.
- Support end‑to‑end delivery of thought‑leadership campaigns, coordinating with internal comms, external comms, and social media teams, as well as external partners.
- Collaborate with the wider M&BD team on joint marketing and business development initiatives (e.g., partnered events, joint campaigns).
- Work with Brand, Communications, and Digital teams to ensure activity is aligned and consistent across all channels.
- Support award submissions and legal directory processes.
- Assist the central Bids Team and Commercial Services teams with creating marketing materials such as bid content, CVs, capability statements, and presentations.
- Deliver regular market‑focused external communications to clients and prospects.
- Support internal communications, including intranet updates and sharing internal news.
- Draft and assist with PowerPoint presentations and other marketing materials for internal/external events, liaising with the in‑house brand team.
- Support budget management and business planning through invoice tracking and processing.
