This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded real estate team based in our busy Belfast office. The role offers a genuinely broad remit, with exposure to both residential and commercial property matters, providing a varied and engaging workload. You will act for developers and work on transactions involving well-known commercial clients, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of property files. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that is committed to knowledge-sharing and professional development. Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and preparing reports on title
- Running a conveyancing sale/purchase file from start to finish
- Ability to run a new build sale or purchase file from start to finish (and understand what documentation would be required for a new build)
- Review Sale Agreements/Option Agreements/Agreements for Lease and prepare reports
- Review property certificates/searches/service enquiries/CPSE Enquiries and report on same
- Prepare straightforward general conditions of sale contracts
- Ability to prepare First Registration/Registration applications at the Land Registry
- Prepare SDLT Returns
What will help you succeed in this role?
- 2-4 Years PQE
- Experience managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
- Knowledge of working with residential or commercial property files
