We are looking for a proactive and organized Legal Services Assistant to join our Fraud and Motor Teams. Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and organizational support to the Fraud and Motor Team.
  • Preparing, formatting, and proofing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Managing case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurately maintained.
  • Liaising with clients, courts, and third-party providers professionally and effectively.
  • Assisting in the preparation of court bundles and other litigation support tasks.
  • Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Handling general office duties, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
