Responsibilities
- Photocopying, printing, and scanning documents according to business processes.
- Preparing outgoing post.
- Locating documents from physical files for copying, scanning, or other actions.
- Closing physical files and preparing them for archiving.
- Maintaining physical files in compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
- Downloading/uploading documents from CDs or memory sticks to relevant systems.
