Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and results-oriented Operations Manager to drive Tenant Find initiatives across the entire portfolio of Dwelly Brands. This role involves the development of the central team and management of the local on-the-ground teams to support the whole process, starting from property preparation for listing till the very moment of signing the Tenancy Agreement with the right tenant. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be analytically minded, and demonstrate a proven track record in people and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tenant Find team and process development
- Build a central team of Tenant Administrators that cover our entire portfolio of all Dwelly agencies
- Build a team of local people on the ground to perform tasks where a visit to the property is necessary: marketing content creation, inspections, viewings, move-ins, and move-outs
- Ensure efficient operations, achieving a target of 700-1000 properties per one Tenant Administrator and per one on-the-ground FTE over the course of 12 months
- Build learning and training processes for new Tenant Administrators and Property Inspectors
- Develop robust operational processes, rethinking industry status quo to drive down time to let to a few days vs few weeks and secure above-asking-price rent for landlords!
2. Participate in Product roll-outs and development
- Ensure smooth roll-out of all new product features released weekly
Collect and quantify feedback from your team, and structure and present to Product Managers as inputs for further product development
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years in operational roles, ideally with a consulting background (Senior Analyst or Associate level). Strong experience in structured environments is essential as well as experience in managing teams.
- Skills: Exceptionally organised, analytically minded, and detail-oriented; Exceptional people skills to manage remote teams
Preferred Background:
- Experience in operational tech businesses, with a demonstrated ability to develop new operational processes from scratch. Ideally developing athe team of people doing similar jobs: customer support, dark store operations, etc
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a “get things done” attitude and excellent attention to detail.
Growth Potential: As with any startup, growth happens due to the hyper-growth of the team below you. This role is already in the top 15top-15 positions within the company. In 2-3 years from now, you will probably be managing a team of ~1000 people delivering the core service our clients pay us money for.
