About Dwelly: Dwelly is a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform, growing through a roll-up strategy acquiring estate agencies. The company leverages two arms: i) acquiring existing letting agencies, effectively buying its highly sticky, recurring revenue-type landlords portfolios, and ii) building a top-notch technology to automate tenant management, payments, and post-rental property maintenance. The company seamlessly integrates AI services to automate all business processes within brick-and-mortar real estate agencies, integrating them into a tech-enabled digital letting platform in two months to radically improve user experiences and increase efficiency.

We are seeking a highly organised and results-oriented Product Manager to come in as a second Product Manager at Dwelly. This role involves all sets of the Dwelly products (Tenant Find, Property Management, Payments, LL Growth), deeply understanding user personas (Tenant, Landlord, Maintenance Contractor, Dwelly Agent) and driving the product roadmap and insights into each of the products and personas. Given the early stage of the business, the role also involves structuring basic product processes, product roadmap, regular sprints, and building a collaboration process with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research & Customer Insights: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and market research to understand customer pain points and use data to make informed product decisions.
  • Product Development & Execution: Identify key customer problems and market opportunities, work closely with engineers, designers, integrations & operations teams to translate requirements into product features, prioritise features and initiatives, and lead the product development process from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Product Performance: Introduce, define and track key success metrics to measure product performance and work closely with the operations team to roll out new changes and re-educate the teams on product adoption.
  • Product Process Building: Define workflows, documentation, and decision-making frameworks, introduce product roadmap, rollout schedule, release demos, etc.

Qualifications & Preferred Background:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in product roles, ideally with at least 2-3 more ops experience (Senior Analyst or Associate level, or Operations Manager in operational businesses).
  • Skills: Exceptionally organised, analytically minded and detail-oriented; Exceptional people skills to communicate with different stakeholders; Strong numerical and analytical skills with a “get things done” attitude and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience: Operational tech businesses, demonstrated ability to develop new processes and products from scratch, combined mileage in both structured settings and early-stage startups.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with the potential for equity options based on performance, recognising exceptional contributions to our integration success.

What is it like being a Dwell-er? We offer not a fancy office or a static workplace. Instead, this is about solving one of the world’s most complex problems in the largest consumer industry (residential rentals), to improve the experience for over 30% of households in the UK that live in rental homes. This is about disrupting the largest, most antiquated industry in the world, with one of the strongest operational and technical teams in the UK and the EU. We work hard, and we aim for extremely ambitious results. But we want people to be proud of what they’ve built and be able to look back and say one day “hell yeah, that was me that did it all.”

Core Principles: Customer obsession rather than competitive focus, passion for invention, operational excellence, long-term thinking.
