The company leverages two arms: i) acquiring existing letting agencies, effectively buying its highly sticky, recurring revenueâtype landlords portfolios, and ii) building a topânotch technology to automate tenant management, payments, and postârental property maintenance. Position Summary
Weâre looking for a talented FullâStack Engineer (Node.js / TypeScript / PHP / React) to join our small, highâperformance engineering team. You will help build and shape the core platform that powers our rapid growth, contributing to both backend services and frontend interfaces while influencing architectural and technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the core of our platform, including backend services in Node.js/TypeScript and PHP, as well as frontend interfaces in React. Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Design and help implement our nextâgeneration architecture, including migration from a monolithic PHP system to serviceâbased systems that support scalability and flexibility.
- Be a technical force within the team, shaping coding standards, reviewing designs, and influencing architectural decisions while mentoring teammates.
- Work closely with topâtier engineers and business stakeholders to ensure engineering solutions directly contribute to the company's profitability and operational excellence.
