Who we’re looking for

We’re recruiting Sales Managers who share our drive and ambition.

â—Ź Experience: At least 5 years in estate agency sales, with a proven track record of smashing targets.

â—Ź Local knowledge: You know your patch like the back of your hand and understand what makes your local market tick.

● Customer focus: You’re passionate about delivering top-notch service and making a real difference for buyers and sellers.

● Organisation: You’re proactive, organised, and know how to get things done efficiently.
