Maintenance Operative

We are a busy and growing property company with a large residential portfolio across Glasgow and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade property Maintenance Operative to join our team on a Full Time, Permanent basis What you’ll do: Carry out a wide variety of repairs and maintenance across our residential properties Day to Day maintenance and preparing properties between tenancies We are looking for an experienced all-rounder who is comfortable attending properties independently, assessing what needs to be done and completing work to a good standard. The right person will be reliable, practical and take pride in their work. You should have good experience of property maintenance and be comfortable dealing with both tenants and our property team A full driving licence is essential Please send your CV along with a brief summary of your previous multi-trade property maintenance experience The role is for a genuine multi-trade maintenance operative.
