Role Description

In this role you will be responsible for successfully supporting users of Concierge HV and Dwellant and you will be part of a team of analysts delivering application support, ensuring SLAs are met whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service and building good relations with our users.

You will

  • Visit client sites as required to support, train and install Concierge HV
  • Support users of Concierge HV
  • Provide support to the Dwellant Concierge HV Specialist
  • Share Concierge HV product knowledge and new solutions with the Support Team
  • Participate in the on call rota
  • Packing hardware kit and consumables to be skipped to the client site
  • Keep a stoke take of Concierge HV consumables and hardware

In addition, you will also

  • Provide a single point of contact for all users through a variety of channels including helpdesk portal, telephone, chat and email.
  • Effectively communicate with users, advise on their queries and resolve issues
  • Use the helpdesk ticketing system to raise, manage, escalate and resolve tickets
  • Deliver a professional level of support and a high level of response and resolution
  • Carry out troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Assess the impact of incidents and raise awareness ensuring users are kept updated
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with users.
  • Create, contribute to and help maintain the knowledge base
  • Adhere to policies and processes
