What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and motivate a team of dedicated care professionals.
  • Ensure our service meets and exceeds CQC standards.
  • Oversee assessments, care planning, and risk management.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and external partners.
  • Champion safeguarding and uphold the highest standards of care.
  • Support recruitment, training, and staff development.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and continuous improvement of the service.
  • Take part in the on-call rota to ensure seamless support.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior role within domiciliary care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • A genuine commitment to person-centred care.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) essential.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
