We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Retail Boutique Supervisor to support the Dual Site Management in leading the Harrods Beauty concession. This role is ideal for a commercially driven luxury professional with strong people leadership skills, a passion for design and fragrance, and a proven ability to elevate client experience through exceptional service and clientelling.

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring operational excellence while acting as a senior brand ambassador for L’OBJET.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership & Business Performance
    • Support the Concession Manager in driving and maximising sales performance to achieve store and individual KPIs.
    • Lead by example on the sales floor, consistently delivering high-value client experiences.
    • Analyse sales trends and performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Support omni‑channel initiatives to enhance the overall client journey.
    • Drive private appointments, client private ateliers, and one‑to‑one selling initiatives.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Supervise, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve excellence in service and sales.
    • Support onboarding and ongoing training, ensuring product knowledge and brand standards are upheld.
    • Provide regular feedback and performance guidance to develop team capability.
    • Act as a key point of contact in the Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Client Experience & Clientelling
    • Champion a strong clientelling culture, ensuring consistent outreach and relationship‑building.
    • Maintain and grow a loyal VIP client base through personalised engagement and follow‑up.
    • Oversee the execution of private appointments and exclusive client experiences.
    • Ensure exceptional service standards are delivered at all times, aligned with L’OBJET and Harrods expectations.
  • Brand Representation & Operations
    • Act as a senior ambassador of L’OBJET, embodying brand values, storytelling, and aesthetic.
    • Maintain visual merchandising standards and uphold an elevated boutique environment.
    • Ensure operational excellence, including stock management, compliance, and daily procedures.
    • Stay informed on all product categories, including home décor, fragrance, and gifting.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3–6 years of experience in luxury retail, with previous supervisory or key‑holder experience.
  • Strong background in luxury fragrance, including confident storytelling, scent profiling, and guiding clients through fragrance consultations.
  • Experience within Harrods or a luxury department store environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in driving sales, KPIs, and clientelling performance.
  • Established luxury client network and strong relationship‑building skills.
  • Confident leader with excellent communication and coaching abilities.
  • Passion for fragrance, craftsmanship, and luxury lifestyle.
