Overview
Our client is a growing luxury women's ready-to-wear designer based in London.
They’re looking for a PA to support the Creative Director and wider team with day-to-day logistics, scheduling, and studio operations.
Please note this is a hybrid role, at least 3-4 days a week need to be based in the London studio.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Creative Director with personal and professional logistics, bookings, and schedule management
- Support team members with booking transport, couriers, and general logistics
- Monitor and order studio supplies; anticipate team and founder needs
Requirements
- Prior PA experience is a plus but not essential — right fit and alignment with the role matter most. Organisational skills and anticipating needs is crucial, however.
- French speaking would be a plus
- Proximity to NW London ideal
- Experience of the fashion and luxury world a strong advantage
