Role Summary
The Marketing Manager, Europe will play a critical role in Auberge Resorts Collection’s European expansion, helping to establish the brand as the most inspiring collection of one-of-a-kind properties and experiences in the world. A new position for Auberge Resorts, this role works for the Home Office and is located in London to support the new and existing European portfolio. The Marketing Manager, Europe serves as a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies for the Auberge Resorts Collection Europe portfolio. This newly created role will work with the VP of Marketing to execute on the marketing strategy and drive social media, public relations, digital, and ecommerce, ensuring all communications align with the unique property positionings. In addition, this role will identify and implement relevant partnerships, programming, sponsorships, and unique one-of-a-kind experiences working with the openings and European property operations teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive awareness and revenue generation for European hotels - rooms, F&B, spa, and experiences.
- Oversee website management including copywriting and review, image and video selects.
- Create unique and storytelling-driven property collateral.
- Email cadence, planning, and execution.
- Work closely with the VP Marketing, New Openings, the SVP of Brand & Communications, and the PR team to execute the PR strategy.
- Coordinate the production of digital marketing creative asset development and work closely with the digital marketing team to support plan execution in order to create awareness for new openings.
- Work with the VP Marketing, New Openings, and Experiences team to create unique one-of-a-kind experiences and partnerships.
- Work with on-property teams to generate and execute a social media plan to align with the brand strategy.

- Support in the onboarding of the property sales and marketing teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of experience in luxury or design space with experience in marketing, social media, or PR.
- Has a strong understanding of the style, design, and nuance of luxury that is required to create a distinctive brand for each property.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills.
- Language skills in French and/or Italian, a plus.
- Collaborative and has strong influencing skills to work and support across cross-functional project teams.
- Has a curious mind, is a strong multi-tasker who finds opportunities and creates solutions, where others find problems.
- Someone who rolls up their sleeves to get it done.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to fulfill any required travel to hotels, resorts, and home office as necessary.
