SKIMS is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team on a 3-6 month contract, with a dedicated focus on supporting our growing retail organization.

This role will own end-to-end recruitment across retail, partnering closely with Retail Leadership, People, and Store teams to deliver high-quality talent at pace.

The ideal candidate combines strong retail recruitment expertise with a commercial, hands‑on approach and is comfortable operating in a fast‑growing, high‑performance environment.

You will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, managing multiple searches simultaneously, and creating an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruitment for retail roles, from intake and sourcing through interview, offer, and close.

Partner closely with Retail and People leaders to understand hiring priorities, headcount plans, role requirements, and timelines.

Recruit across a range of retail positions, including Store Leadership, Assistant Store Managers, Supervisors, Sales Associates, Operations, and other store-based roles.

Support hiring for new store openings, retail expansion, and high-volume recruitment initiatives where required.

Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong and diverse talent pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applications.

Identify and engage passive talent within fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, and best-in-class retail organizations.

Manage a high volume of vacancies while maintaining quality, urgency, and a strong candidate experience.

Lead effective hiring-manager intake meetings and advise stakeholders on market conditions, talent availability, compensation, and recruitment strategy.

Screen and assess candidates against both technical requirements and SKIMS' culture and customer experience expectations.

Coordinate closely with recruiting coordinators and People partners to ensure an efficient interview and offer process.

Track recruiting activity and provide clear updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, risks, and key recruiting metrics.

Identify opportunities to improve retail recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working.

Represent SKIMS in the talent market and deliver a consistent, premium employer experience at every candidate touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For
Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with a strong focus on retail recruitment.

Proven experience recruiting for store-based roles within a fashion, luxury, beauty, consumer, or high-growth retail environment.

Experience managing both high-volume hiring and more targeted leadership searches.

Strong sourcing capability, including experience proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge, advise, and influence hiring managers.

Commercial mindset with a good understanding of the realities of retail hiring, including candidate availability, location-specific talent markets, and speed to hire.

Excellent communication, organization, and candidate-management skills.

Comfortable working with recruiting systems and using data to track progress and identify recruitment priorities.

Highly collaborative, adaptable, and able to quickly build credibility within a new organization.

Able to operate effectively with a high degree of ownership and limited ramp-up time.

What Success Looks Like
During the contract, you will:
Quickly establish trusted relationships with Retail and People stakeholders.

Build healthy pipelines for priority retail roles.

Reduce time-to-fill while maintaining a high bar for talent.

Deliver against retail hiring plans and new-store deadlines.

Provide candidates with a consistently strong SKIMS experience.

Leave behind stronger pipelines, processes, and market insight for the broader Talent Acquisition team.
