Role Overview

As the Production and Development Executive, you will help to oversee and manage the entire production lifecycle of our client's luxury fashion offering, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will be part of a small atelier and be engaged with driving product development from concept to completion with 360-degree oversight, emphasizing UK and European production methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a sharp understanding of luxury fashion manufacturing and impeccable attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Management
    • Oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
    • Coordinate with UK and European manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with brand standards and sustainable practices.
    • Optimize production schedules and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Product Development
    • Assist the development cycle for new collections, from initial concept through to finished product.
