Purpose of Position The Creative Producer will support the planning, production and delivery of creative projects across brand campaigns, e-commerce and social content.

Working within the Brand Creative team and reporting to the Head of Creative, this role will ensure all productions are executed seamlessly, on schedule and to the highest creative standard, while maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end production and delivery of e-commerce, social, tier-two brand campaign shoots and seasonal creative initiatives across stills and video.

Manage project timelines, budgets, shoot schedules and production logistics across multiple concurrent projects.

Coordinate all pre and post-production requirements including model castings, locations, crew bookings, styling, call sheets and pre/post-production schedules.

Work closely with internal creative teams and external partners to ensure all creative output aligns with the brand’s visual identity and strategic objectives.

Oversee on-set production, ensuring smooth execution and problem-solving throughout.

Collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Ecommerce teams to ensure all asset requirements and deliverables are captured across channels and formats.

Liaise with the Operations and Shipping teams to ensure all jewellery is delivered to set with appropriate insurance and security measures in place.

Source and manage external creative partners including photographers, videographers, stylists, set designers, retouchers and freelancers.

Maintain clear communication across teams, ensuring projects remain aligned, on track and delivered to deadline.

Monitor production budgets and supplier invoices, ensuring accurate tracking and cost management Stay informed on creative, fashion, luxury and cultural trends, proactively suggesting creative partners that support innovative and elevated brand storytelling.

Qualifications and Experience 4-6 years experience in a Creative Producer or Production role within luxury fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle brands.

Strong understanding of creative production processes across photography, video and digital content.

Proven experience managing shoot logistics, timelines and budgets from pre-production through to final delivery.

Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite and asset management platforms is advantageous.

Passion for luxury, fashion, jewellery and visual storytelling.

Ideal Candidate Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
