The Digital & Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of Jessica McCormack’s social and digital presence, ensuring our content, campaigns, and community are executed seamlessly across platforms. This is a mid-level role for someone highly organised, creatively sharp, and confident in managing social and digital channels within a luxury environment. You will have a strong interest in paid media, a sharp awareness of evolving social formats and platform behaviours, and an understanding of how to build and nurture a community of tastemakers around the brand.
Reporting into the Senior Digital & Social Media Manager and working closely with the Digital & Social Media Specialist, this role will take increased ownership of BAU activity and act as a steady point of continuity during periods of absence.
Key Objectives- Support seamless delivery of organic and paid social activity with keen attention to detail
- Contribute to paid social execution with precision and creative awareness
- Maintain a consistent and elevated brand presence across all digital touchpoints
- Support testing and learning across emerging platforms, formats, and features
- Act as a reliable point of continuity within the digital & social team when required
- Social & Digital Support
- Support with the planning and managing of day-to-day activity across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Mailchimp/Klaviyo)
- Own content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement
- Maintain content calendars, asset workflows, and approval timelines
- Support the build and deployment of newsletters in line with the digital calendar
- Content & Community
- Support content planning, ensuring brand alignment and quality control
- Support tastemaker liaison and coordination, including identification, briefing, asset tracking, feedback, and delivery
- Monitor and engage with DMs and community engagements in a considered, brand-aligned way
- Paid Media Exposure & Learning
- Support the setup and organisation of paid social mapping, copy briefing and asset compilation
- Assist with performance tracking, reporting, and post-campaign reviews
- Develop working knowledge of targeting, creative testing, and optimisation best practice
- Reporting & Administration
- Monitor and compile weekly and monthly reporting across digital channels
- Support ad-hoc insights gathering to inform content and campaign optimisation
- Maintain organised trackers, reporting templates, and internal documentation
- Team & Continuity Support
- Work closely with the Digital & Social Media Specialist to ensure smooth execution across all outputs
- Act as day-to-day lead across BAU activity during the Senior Manager’s maternity leave
- Liaise confidently and collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- 3-4 years’ experience in a luxury social or digital role
- Strong understanding of social platforms within a luxury brand context
- Experience supporting paid social campaigns
- Highly organised with a sharp attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising cross-functionally
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Genuine interest in luxury, jewellery, and digital culture
