Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyse & report on website sales performance including metrics to provide optimisations to improve customer experience.
- Strategically plan & execute campaign launches.
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfilment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Oversee & support the Ecommerce Assistant with the full product lifecycle management, from listings, inventory management, pricing & range review across all websites.
- Manage & support the Ecommerce Assistant to execute the content strategy across both websites.
- Develop and implement strategies for online growth and customer retention across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with the technical agency to maintain site development.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, merchandising and technical teams.
- Research competitors and stay current with e-commerce trends.
Required Skills:
- ~3 years’ experience in Ecommerce.
- ~ Experience in Shopify+.
- ~ Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Analytics).
- ~ Knowledge of digital marketing channels.
- ~ Good communication and project management abilities.
