ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Host-Runner at our Townhouse, you will be an essential support to our client-facing and operations teams, ensuring seamless service throughout the building. This physically active and fast-paced role is perfect for someone with high energy, a hands-on attitude, and a keen eye for detail. As a consistent presence within the team uphold the flow of appointments and hospitality, and maintain operational excellence at the Townhouse. This role is designed for someone who takes pride in being the backbone of a luxury environment and is motivated by providing outstanding support day after day, contributing meaningfully to the overall client and team experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and professionally usher clients and guests throughout the Townhouse
  • Maintain the pristine presentation of client-facing areas
  • Manage day-to-day hospitality support across all five floors of the Townhouse
  • Support with setting up and resetting client meeting areas and event spaces
  • Run stock, supplies, and materials between departments and floors when needed
  • Replenish stationery, hospitality supplies, and back-of-house essentials
  • Perform ad hoc floor support tasks to assist sales, operations, and client services teams
  • Collaborate closely with the Security and Retail teams

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High energy and stamina – must be comfortable with regular movement across multiple floors
  • Exceptional personal presentation and professionalism
  • Proactive, helpful, and attentive to detail
  • Discreet and respectful of the private nature of the client environment
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in a luxury retail, hospitality, or private household environment is a plus
