Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyse & report on website sales performance including metrics to provide optimisations to improve customer experience.
  • Strategically plan & execute campaign launches.
  • Coordinate with logistics and fulfilment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Oversee & support the Ecommerce Assistant with the full product lifecycle management, from listings, inventory management, pricing & range review across all websites.
  • Manage & support the Ecommerce Assistant to execute the content strategy across both websites.
  • Develop and implement strategies for online growth and customer retention across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the technical agency to maintain site development.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, merchandising and technical teams.
  • Research competitors and stay current with e-commerce trends.

Required Skills:

  • 3 years’ experience in Ecommerce.
  • Experience in Shopify+.
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels.
  • Good communication and project management abilities.
