We are currently seeking an exceptional Client Advisor to join our Harrods team on a full-time permanent basis. A solid proven track record within a similar role in luxury or premium retail is advantageous however not a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of the sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.
- Build long lasting relationships with new clients and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
- Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.
- Uphold housekeeping standards in all areas of the store.
- Maintain the visual display of the products.
- Understand and follow all company policies and procedures related to sales and service.
- Ensure security awareness through client approach and service.
