The House is an iconic Parisian accessories house recognized for its exquisite craftsmanship and avant-garde approach. Today, it continues to push the boundaries of luxury, offering a sophisticated and fashion-forward experience to discerning clients worldwide.

We are looking for a Client Advisor to join their London flagship store in W1. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and client-driven individual to become a true Brand Ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience while contributing to the success of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets, implementing actions to enhance performance.
  • Master the selling ceremony of the House, providing tailored and creative styling advice.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of fashion trends and competitors to offer insightful recommendations.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized clienteling.
  • Manage a client book and Boutique CRM, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-ups.
  • Support the boutique’s daily operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to boutique procedures.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to enhance team performance and boutique success.
  • Assist in product training, coaching, and briefings to elevate team expertise.
  • Ensure the boutique operates efficiently by contributing to team organization, including scheduling and task delegation.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive and motivating environment for both clients and colleagues.

Additional languages (such as Mandarin or Arabic) are a plus.
