Company Overview & Job Summary

Our client, a renowned French name in luxury accessories, is on the lookout for a Flagship Boutique Manager to helm its London store in W1. This role is pivotal in augmenting sales figures and amplifying the brand’s prestige and visibility within the city. The ideal candidate will be entrusted with delivering exemplary customer service, showcasing the brand's distinct style and creativity through its product collections, and leading the store team towards achieving excellence in service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service & Sales: Greet, assist, and provide high-quality, personalized service to customers. Enhance brand awareness and clientele through organizing events with business partners/customers. Drive sales initiatives through Personal Shoppers and ensure the development of the boutique’s sales.
  • Product Presentation & Marketing: Display and introduce collections with an emphasis on the brand's style and creativity. Manage product placement within the boutique and window displays to optimize product showcase.
  • Team Management & Development: Train the team on the collection and distinctive craftsmanship. Promote staff performance excellence through effective coaching and counseling. Participate in the buying session to select products that resonate with the brand's image and sales trends.
  • Operational Management: Manage stock levels and advise on replenishment based on sales data. Oversee all till and cash desk operations. Conduct daily management tasks of the Boutique, proactively addressing any arising issues. Compile a monthly report with qualitative and quantitative data to track performance.
