We’re hiring a CRM & Ecommerce Coordinator to own the strategy and execution of our email marketing and lead product launches across our website. You’ll work closely with our Digital Growth Director and the founders, with full ownership of the CRM roadmap and real influence over how we grow the ecommerce channel. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to take real ownership of CRM and ecommerce within a fast-growing fine jewellery brand. You’ll shape the strategy behind the emails our customers actually want to read, lead product launches live on site, and help define the marketing calendar. If you love both the craft of writing and the discipline of getting things shipped, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do

  • CRM & Email
    • Own the strategy, calendar and execution of our email campaigns across the UK, FR and US markets in Klaviyo.
    • Define and continuously improve the email calendar in line with marketing priorities and trading moments.
    • Lead the build and optimisation of lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement), with autonomy to test and refine.
    • Drive segmentation strategy and a structured testing programme across subject lines, content and send times.
    • Set the standard for on‑brand email design and copy, consistent and polished across markets.
    • Own reporting on campaign and flow performance, translating results into clear recommendations for the wider team.
  • Ecommerce & Product Launches
    • Lead on‑site execution of new product launches on Shopify across our UK, FR, BE and US storefronts (PDPs, imagery, copy, collections).
    • Own homepage and merchandising strategy in line with launches and trading moments.
    • Ensure product content quality across the site (descriptions, photography, metadata) meets a high bar.
    • Partner with the wider team on ecommerce priorities and act as the go-to for site improvements.

Who you are

  • 3–5+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing or ecommerce, ideally in a DTC, fashion or beauty brand.
  • A strong writer with a sharp feel for tone, brevity and brand voice.
  • Confident in Klaviyo (or a similar ESP) and Shopify.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented; you don’t miss typos, broken links or misaligned images.
  • Able to own a calendar and ship work on time across multiple markets, with minimal oversight.
  • Genuinely curious about jewellery, design and DTC brand-building.
  • A self-starter who thrives on ownership and enjoys shaping strategy, not just executing it.
