Responsibilities

 - Collaborate closely with marketing, buying, and retail teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels.
 - Manage a team responsible for setting up floor plans, ensuring they are executed efficiently and align with company standards.
 - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine visual merchandising techniques.
 - Oversee inventory levels in displays and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
 - Train store staff on effective product presentation skills and maintain high visual standards throughout the store.
 - Conduct regular audits of stores to assess compliance with merchandising guidelines and identify opportunities for improvement.
 - Manage day-to-day VM operations across multiple locations.
 - Produce and distribute VM guideline packs.
 - Liaise with UK vendors, overseeing tendering, cost negotiations, and quality assurance.
 - Create 3D visualisations for windows and retail design concepts.
 - Support event and experience set-ups, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
 - Assist with budget tracking and reporting.
 - Own VM delivery for EMEA and New Zealand trunk shows.
 - Partner with Operations and Security teams on stock management when necessary.
 - Support with daily VM set-ups, alongside Retail team when required.
