Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the highest level of customer care, aligned with Balmain’s specific service standards.
- Building and maintaining a loyal client base through personalized service.
- Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and restocking the store.
- Collaborating with the team to meet brand and store objectives.
- Adhering to Balmain policies and procedures.
