We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Merchandising Admin Assistant (MAA) to support the merchandising function across both UK and US markets. This junior-level role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills and a passion for product and data. The MAA will be responsible for the administrative and operational execution of purchase orders, product data integrity, and day-to-day support for the merchandising team.

Key Responsibilities

Order & PO Management

  1. Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) from creation through to final confirmation.
  2. Ensure all Purchase Order details (cost, quantity, delivery date) are accurate and approved.
  3. Track orders through the supply chain, proactively following up on any delays or issues.
  4. Coordinate with production/logistics teams on goods receiving, ensuring accurate documentation.

Product & Data Management

  1. Create finished goods numbers and ensure correct product attribution in the system.
  2. Maintain product master data, ensuring data integrity across systems.
  3. Support regular checks and updates of pricing, product codes, and categorisation.

Stock & Allocation Support

  1. Assist with allocation of stock to stores, based on launch plans, availability, and sales patterns.
  2. Support stock movements and transfers as needed, liaising with operations and retail teams.

Reporting & Analysis

  1. Provide ad hoc and scheduled sales and stock reporting to support the wider team.
  2. Assist with weekly trade packs, store summaries, and performance overviews.
  3. Analyse stock and sales trends under guidance from the Head of Merchandising.
