We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Team with the implementation of the global marketing and communications strategy across the retail stores, with specific focus on retail marketing and events.
- Support the Head of Marketing and Marketing & CRM Manager in the implementation and execution of all retail marketing activity in line with the business’s global strategy and objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of 360 campaigns, new collection launches and collaborations to drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition and additional sales growth.
- Plan and execute client events across community, VIC, retail, and partner channels—supporting 360° campaigns, new collection launches, and collaborations in line with marketing & company objectives.
- Coordinate all event logistics including guest lists, supplier management, catering, stock movement, and onsite execution.
- Create, brief, and manage delivery of all creative assets across events, POS, packaging, and marketing tools - ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales and CRM teams on gifting, clienteling initiatives, retail activations, and VIP or trunkshow events.
- Support the Senior Manager in developing relationships with client experience partners and handle the day-to-day liaison.
- Support the development, execution, and reporting of marketing activations in alignment with global brand and retail strategy.
- Act as the information hub for campaign materials, ensuring consistency across internal teams, retail, and external partners.
- Maintain and update calendars (event, campaign, 360 communications) and ensure key dates and materials are communicated across stakeholders.
- Track budgets and invoicing across all event and retail marketing activities, ensuring cost control and alignment with approved plans.
- Support reporting, benchmarking, and analysis of marketing and event performance—delivering post-event recaps, learnings, and process improvement suggestions.
