As a Digital Trade/Ecommerce assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the website. This will include site merchandising, product lifecycle & reporting. Reporting into the Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will support in enhancing the customer experience & executing campaigns.

  1. Ensuring website standards are maintained to maximise customer satisfaction.
  2. Product enrichment, full lifecycle management working closely with merchandising.
  3. Onsite merchandising & website optimisation.
  4. Supporting with collection & campaign launches.
  5. Product pricing updates.
  6. Supporting the Senior Ecommerce Manager with trade reporting analysis.
  7. Supporting on website Content updates.

Skills:

  1. Organisational & coordination skills.
  2. Strong excel experience.
  3. Self-motivated & proactive approach.
  4. Competent using systems and comfortable working in a technology-based environment.
  5. Keen eye for detail with the ability to troubleshoot and identify issues.
