As a Digital Trade/Ecommerce assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the website. This will include site merchandising, product lifecycle & reporting. Reporting into the Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will support in enhancing the customer experience & executing campaigns.
- Ensuring website standards are maintained to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Product enrichment, full lifecycle management working closely with merchandising.
- Onsite merchandising & website optimisation.
- Supporting with collection & campaign launches.
- Product pricing updates.
- Supporting the Senior Ecommerce Manager with trade reporting analysis.
- Supporting on website Content updates.
