The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead the concession in a luxury department store in London. As a true Brand Ambassador, the Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role (Boutique Manager, Concession Manager, or Flagship Store Manager). Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate a team towards excellence. Deep understanding of luxury fashion and retail trends, with a passion for craftsmanship. Proven ability to balance operational responsibilities with proactive client engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong emotional intelligence.
