We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels. You'll own the full marketing funnel — from brand awareness and lead generation through to conversion and retention — working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll both shape strategy and execute campaigns. You'll manage a small team while also getting stuck in with content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment and is comfortable with both creative and data-driven marketing.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in scaling our growth engine and establishing our brand as a market leader in the HR technology space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, content, and events
  • Manage and mentor a team of two marketing executives, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback
  • Own the marketing budget (c. $500K annually), tracking ROI across all channels and optimising spend
  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop lead nurturing programmes and sales enablement materials
  • Manage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo) to drive lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM data, and marketing attribution tools to inform strategy
  • Lead product launch marketing in partnership with Product Management, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors
  • Report on marketing KPIs to senior leadership with clear recommendations for improvement
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within SaaS or HR technology
  • Proven experience managing and developing a small marketing team
  • Strong command of marketing automation tools — HubSpot or Marketo required
  • Experience with paid media management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) with demonstrable ROI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for brand consistency
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable with Google Analytics, attribution modelling, and reporting dashboards
  • Experience managing marketing budgets of $250K+ annually
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing strategy, and demand generation best practices
  • CIM Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification (desirable)
  • Experience in the recruitment or HR technology industry (desirable)
Benefits
  • Competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working — 3 days in our London office, 2 days remote
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure
  • Private health insurance and dental cover
  • Matched pension contributions up to 5%
  • Annual learning and development budget of £1,500
  • Enhanced parental leave policies
  • Regular team socials and an annual company offsite
  • Access to mental health support and wellbeing programmes
