Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in scaling our growth engine and establishing our brand as a market leader in the HR technology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, content, and events
- Manage and mentor a team of two marketing executives, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback
- Own the marketing budget (c. $500K annually), tracking ROI across all channels and optimising spend
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop lead nurturing programmes and sales enablement materials
- Manage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo) to drive lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM data, and marketing attribution tools to inform strategy
- Lead product launch marketing in partnership with Product Management, including positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market plans
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors
- Report on marketing KPIs to senior leadership with clear recommendations for improvement
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within SaaS or HR technology
- Proven experience managing and developing a small marketing team
- Strong command of marketing automation tools — HubSpot or Marketo required
- Experience with paid media management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) with demonstrable ROI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for brand consistency
- Data‑driven mindset — comfortable with Google Analytics, attribution modelling, and reporting dashboards
- Experience managing marketing budgets of $250K+ annually
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing strategy, and demand generation best practices
- CIM Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification (desirable)
- Experience in the recruitment or HR technology industry (desirable)
