About the role The Founding Partners Program ( dowelldogood. com/founding-partner-program/ ) is an opportunity for you to launch and grow your own consulting office while being supported by DWDG’s name and track record, expert network, consulting team, processes and tools. 1.
- Phase 1 (Year 1) - Part-time Freelance Partner
- Join an international cohort of 5–10 Founding Partners, sharing tips, insights, and opportunities.
- Build and grow your own client pipeline in energy, mobility, circular economy, construction, and decarbonization.
- Sell and deliver high-impact consulting projects with the support of DWDG’s senior experts and consulting staff.
- Target €500K revenue in Year 1 to demonstrate traction. 2.
- Phase 2 (Year 2 and onwards) - Full-time Partner of DWDG
- Officially become full-time Partner of DWDG and head of your DWDG subsidiary in your city.
- Receive up to 30% equity options when the subsidiary is established in your city.
- Reach long-term upside with potential valuation up to €1M.
Profile We are looking for candidates currently in freelance, with
- Minimum 4 years in strategy consulting (MBB, RB, OW) and 3+ years in sales, entrepreneurship, or business development, with proven ability to convince clients and build teams.
- Relevant expertise in our focus areas (mobility, energy, circular economy, construction, decarbonation) is a strong plus.
- At least 5 years living in one of our target cities (London, Milan, New York, Shanghai, Nairobi, Dubai, etc.) with a strong local network.
- Entrepreneurial and aligned with DWDG's values and philosophy.
- Ready to start immediately (full-time not required).
