Key Responsibilities
- Deliver robust, high-quality software aligned to front-office needs
- Own the development lifecycle from requirements gathering through to delivery and support
- Work closely with traders and business stakeholders to anticipate and respond to evolving needs
- Contribute to system design, architecture decisions, and technology selection
- Support and enhance pre-trade tools, including frontline issue management
- Drive continuous improvement through testing, documentation, and feedback loops
Technical Environment
- WPF, Entity Framework
- Angular / AngularJS
- SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB
Required Experience
- 5+ years in C# / .NET development within financial services
- Strong front-office exposure - MUST have Derivatives experience to be considered
- Experience building and supporting business-critical systems
- Proven track record working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps)
- Comfortable operating in high-pressure, real-time trading environments
Functional Knowledge
- Strong understanding of derivatives and options including pricing and Greeks
- Interest rate products including curve construction and IRS valuation
- Knowledge of commodities markets is beneficial
