We’re partnering with a high-growth engineering team building next-generation trading infrastructure from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join a greenfield project with a strong focus on AI-native development and automation-first quality engineering. If you enjoy working close to the system, solving complex problems, and shaping how quality is built into modern trading platforms, this is worth a look.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and building automation frameworks from scratch across UI and backend
- Establishing UI testing capability from zero, owning the approach, tooling, and implementation end-to-end
- Working closely with engineers on real-time trading workflows (order lifecycle, execution, market data)
- Embedding AI into QA processes to improve test generation, coverage, and efficiency
- Driving automation-first testing strategy in a fast-moving, high-impact environment
Tech environment:
- Playwright, Cypress, Selenium
- FIX / trading systems highly beneficial
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on QA / SDET background with automation at the core
- Experience building or owning UI automation frameworks from scratch
- Exposure to complex, real-time or trading systems - this is essential, candidates without experience working on financial trading systems cannot be considered.
- Comfortable owning frameworks and working closely with developers
- Interest in AI-native tooling and modern engineering practices
