DVM Global is a multinational specialist contractor delivering drylining, ceilings, SFS, fire protection and bespoke interior solutions across the UK construction sector. We are currently looking for an experienced Drylining Site Supervisor to support the delivery of our growing portfolio of projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Manager and Project Team to coordinate site activities, supervise operatives and subcontractors, and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily drylining and ceiling installation activities.
- Coordinate labour and materials to maintain programme targets.
- Monitor workmanship and quality standards.
- Carry out site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and daily briefings.
- Report progress, issues and resource requirements to the Site Manager.
- Assist with snagging and project handovers.
- Maintain accurate site records and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience supervising drylining and ceiling installations.
- Strong knowledge of partitions, linings, suspended ceilings and fire stopping.
- Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate works accordingly.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
