We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join a growing Portfolio & Transformation team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, support strategic transformation initiatives, and contribute to the successful governance and delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects and programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support governance and reporting across the project portfolio
- Coordinate and manage key governance meetings including Change Committee and Executive Committee (Transformation)
- Maintain and administer the in-house portfolio management system, including user support and training
- Support project intake ("Front Door") and portfolio governance processes
- Assist with resource management, forecasting, RAID management, financial control and reporting
- Manage governance artefacts, templates, SharePoint Change Hub and portfolio documentation
- Support project assurance activities and compliance with organisational standards
- Produce insightful MI and reporting on portfolio performance and trends
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working within a PMO or project management environment
- Exposure to project and programme delivery across portfolio office services
- Financial Services experience preferred, ideally Insurance / Lloyd's Market
- Strong organisational, coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, logical and quality-focused mindset
- Ability to work autonomously while supporting wider transformation initiatives
- Experience with governance, reporting and resource planning processes
