Location: Central London hybrid
We are seeking a Migration Support Analyst to join an established Law Firm in London. You will assist with a short-term programme migrating users from private/local file storage to Microsoft OneDrive, alongside the implementation and support of SaaS CyberArk with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). The role will provide hands-on technical and user support during planning, migration, and post-migration phases, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the migration of user data from private/local file storage to Microsoft OneDrive
- Assist with pre-migration checks (storage assessments, permissions, user readiness)
- Support data migration activities using approved tools and processes
- Validate migrated data and resolve issues such as missing files, permissions, or sync errors
- Provide post-migration support to users, including troubleshooting OneDrive sync and access issues
- Assist with documentation and user guidance (how-to guides, FAQs)
CyberArk SaaS & MFA Support
- Support the rollout and adoption of SaaS CyberArk solutions
- Assist with onboarding users and accounts into CyberArk
- Support the implementation and troubleshooting of MFA for privileged and standard users
- Respond to user queries and access issues related to CyberArk and MFA
- Work with security and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and configuration issues
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting Microsoft OneDrive in an enterprise environment
- Knowledge of file migrations from local or private storage to cloud platforms
- Experience supporting identity, access management, or MFA solutions
- Strong Windows desktop and user support experience
- Experience working in a migration or transformation project
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing support skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
