Solutions Architect

I am working with a prestigious, London-based law firm renowned for its commitment to innovation, excellence, and client service. With a strong emphasis on technology and continuous improvement, the firm is seeking a talented Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in enhancing its digital infrastructure and enabling smarter, more secure legal service delivery.

As Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in ensuring the firm’s technology landscape is secure, efficient, and continuously evolving. Working closely with senior stakeholders and business users, you will identify opportunities to improve existing systems and recommend new, innovative solutions aligned with the firm's strategic goals. This is a high-impact role, central to the firm’s ambition to deliver legal services with the highest efficiency, while upholding rigorous standards of data and system security.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate, enhance, and future-proof the firm’s technology environment.
• Assess current systems, identify gaps, and design solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Recommend and oversee the implementation of new technologies to support legal service delivery.
• Ensure robust integration and interoperability between core platforms and applications.
• Maintain a sharp focus on data and system security in all architecture decisions.
• Support hybrid working models with secure and effective mobile technology strategies.

• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 technology stack.
• Broad IT experience, ideally within the legal or professional services sector, with exposure to tools such as iManage, 3E, Intapp, Mimecast, Tessian, and the Litera suite.
• Strong understanding of mobile technologies and their role in hybrid working environments.
• Proven experience in writing and managing API integrations.
• Proficiency in one or more coding languages (e.g. SQL, JSON, OData), with hands-on experience in data warehousing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps and their integration capabilities.
