Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure Service Now across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and CMDB.
- Build workflows, automations, applications and integrations.
- Work with Java Script, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub and REST APIs.
- Support platform upgrades, migrations, testing and governance.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
