We’re partnering with a leading international law firm who are investing heavily in technology to reshape how legal services are delivered. This is an exciting chance to join a strategically high-profile Innovation team, working at the forefront of legal technology and Generative AI. You’ll collaborate with partners, lawyers and clients to drive adoption of new tools, enhance efficiency, and create technology-led solutions that add real value.
Responsibilities
- Embed within legal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
- Drive adoption of Generative AI and automation tools across the business
- Deliver presentations, demos and training sessions to engage users and clients
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver new tech-enabled solutions
- Create internal communications and materials to promote technology adoption
- Research emerging trends in legal technology and identify new opportunities
Qualifications
- Experience within a law firm or legal technology environment
- Strong understanding of legal tech platforms such as HighQ and GenAI tools
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience driving change or technology adoption within a professional services environment
