Senior Business Analyst (London Area)

**Business Analyst, Lloyds Market leading Insurance firm – permanent, London 2-3 days a week **

DVF Recruitment is currently partnered with a World Leading Insurance who are going through exponential growth and they are currently in need of a strong Business Analyst to join their innovative team. Going into the clients London office 2-3 times per week.

They are looking to recruit a Business Analyst to join the Business Change and Transformation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Up to 4+ years of experience in business analysis
• Experience within the Insurance Industry or Lloyd's market
• Have a passion for driving digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
