We are working with a leading US Law firm who are looking to hire an experienced Senior AI Acceleration & Adoption Lead to join the global AI Enablement team.
This is a senior, hands-on role for an experienced legal technology or AI enablement professional who combines deep expertise across leading AI platforms with the ability to deliver engaging training, build trusted relationships and drive lasting adoption.
Based in London, you will lead AI enablement, training and adoption across the London office and, more broadly, the EU and Asia offices. You will be a subject matter expert on platforms including Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot and Harvey, translating their capabilities into practical, role specific solutions for business services teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted AI platform expert, advising colleagues on capabilities, best practice, prompt engineering and emerging features.
- Design and deliver engaging AI training, workshops, resources and adoption programmes for business services teams.
- Develop practical AI use cases and workflows that improve productivity and streamline administrative processes.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and regional teams to identify priorities, overcome adoption barriers and embed new ways of working.
- Monitor developments across AI and legal AI platforms and assess their relevance to business services.
- Support responsible and compliant adoption of AI, working closely with Technology, Information Security, Compliance and other relevant teams.
- Share regional insight with the global AI Enablement team and contribute to the wider AI strategy.
- Provide guidance and informal mentoring to colleagues developing their AI capability.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience driving technology adoption, change management or business process improvement within a professional organisation.
- Expert, hands-on experience with leading AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot and Harvey.
- Proven experience designing and delivering technology training to non-technical professional audiences.
- Strong understanding of legal administrative and business services environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- A practical, curious and collaborative approach, with the ability to turn emerging AI capabilities into real business value.
- Knowledge of UK/EU data protection considerations relating to AI is desirable.
