🚀 PMO Manager – Start up Insurtech | £80,000-£95,000 | Hybrid (London, 3 days in office / 2 days WFH)
We’re building something exciting.
Our client, a cutting-edge InsurTech is making a major investment in change and transformation, creating a brand-new Change & Transformation Office to deliver multiple high-profile, big-ticket programmes across the business.
As PMO Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and running the PMO from the ground up, ensuring governance, consistency, and excellence across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to step into a greenfield environment where your expertise will directly influence how the business delivers change at scale.
What you’ll be doing:
- Establishing and managing PMO frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Supporting delivery of multiple strategic programmes across technology, operations, and business change.
- Driving portfolio governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Building strong relationships with senior leadership and programme teams.
- Leading and mentoring within the new change team, embedding a culture of excellence.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a PMO within financial services, insurance, or InsurTech/FinTech.
- Strong track record of working on large-scale transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
