We're looking for a People Systems Analyst to join a collaborative HR team supporting a Global Law Firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in HR systems, reporting and data analysis who enjoys improving processes and enhancing the employee experience through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration and optimisation of SAP Success Factors, including Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals and Learning.
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, upgrades and project delivery.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to identify process improvements and system efficiencies.
- Support key annual HR activities, including performance reviews, pay review processes and regulatory reporting.
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage support requests and liaise with external vendors where required.
- Ensure data accuracy, system integrity and compliance with GDPR.
- Deliver user training and provide ongoing support for HR systems.
About You
- At least 1 year's experience in HR systems administration or HR systems analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors is essential.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of HR processes, data structures and system configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within a professional services environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential employee data.
